Terms of service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of blossomdeals.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
blossomdeals.com sells printed books. Reach us any time at support@everystorykept.com.
2. What you are buying
Every product on this store is a physical book, shipped to you. Where a listing includes bonus titles, those books are sent in the same parcel as your main title at no extra cost.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We take payment at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. An order is accepted once payment clears. If we cannot supply a title you have paid for, we cancel and refund it in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free on every order, and we ship internationally. We dispatch orders within a few business days and email you a confirmation when your parcel leaves us. Delivery times vary by destination and by your local postal service.
Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is complete and correct — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we will trace it or send a replacement.
5. Ownership
Once a book is delivered it is yours. The text, artwork and design inside remain the property of their authors and publishers, so please don't reproduce or resell the contents.
6. Refunds and returns
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change or withdraw titles, and we may correct pricing or description errors. If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and either honour it or refund you — your choice.
8. Liability
Our books are sold for general reading and entertainment. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
9. Changes to these Terms
The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
